چکیده

Introduction: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) have a potential role in improving wound healing processes. This experimental study aims to compare PRP MSCs promote the process animal burn model.
Methods: from venous blood lipoaspirates were isolated six donors. Saline solution was used as control while treatment groups injected second-degree wounds backs of 10 male Sprague-Dawley rats for each group. On day 7, 5 group euthanized analyses VEGF gene, which has angiogenesis. At end (week 5), remaining histological analysis.
Results: The expression higher than (not significant). rate also significantly faster until 21 days post-burn getting slowly afterward. Histological analysis showed burned skin at 35 had displayed best differentiation outcome In conclusion, human-derived do not accelerate epithelialization duration model. However, they improved wound’s vascularization cell differentiation.
 Conclusion: are superior enhancing differentiation.

Effects of Human Adipose-derived Stem Cells and Platelet-rich Plasma on Healing Response of Canine Alveolar Surgical Bone Defects

Background: Due to the known disadvantages of autologous bone grafting, tissue engineering approaches have become an attractive method for ridge augmentation in dentistry. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study conducted to evaluate the potential therapeutic capacity of PRP-assisted hADSCs seeded on HA/TCP granules on regenerative healing response of canine alveolar surgical bone...

Human Platelet-Rich Plasma- and Extracellular Matrix-Derived Peptides Promote Impaired Cutaneous Wound Healing In Vivo

Previous work in our laboratory has described several pro-angiogenic short peptides derived from endothelial extracellular matrices degraded by bacterial collagenase. Here we tested whether these peptides could stimulate wound healing in vivo. Our experiments demonstrated that a peptide created as combination of fragments of tenascin X and fibrillin 1 (comb1) applied into cranial dermal wounds ...

The Effect of Platelet Rich Plasma on Chondrogenic Differentiation of Human Adipose Derived Stem Cells in Transwell Culture

Objective(s): Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) has recently emerged as a promising strategy in regenerative medicine due to its multiple endogenous growth factors. Little is known about the role of PRP as a promoter in chondrogenesis of human adipose derived stem cells (hADSCs). The aim of this study was to determine whether PRP may be considered as a natural and easy achievable source o...

Effect of Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Platelet-Rich Plasma on the Bone Healing of Ovariectomized Rats

We evaluated the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in combination with allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) for the treatment of osteoporotic bone defects in an ovariectomized rat model. By day 42 after injury, in vivo microcomputed tomography (micro-CT) imaging revealed that bone defects of control rats and ovariectomized rats treated with PRP and BMSCs were completely re...
